Project Service Payments

100% of retainer is collected at time of signing, unless noted otherwise in proposal. Payments in the form of check or bank transfer are accepted for project clients.

Cancellation Policy

Design services may not be cancelled once services have been scheduled.

Refund Policy

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.

Return Policy 

Products are considered special order per project and may not be returned. Project clients have items field verified very carefully by design team for their protection. If the design team has miscalculated, an exchange will be executed.

Shipping & Delivery 

When products are proposed, the shipping calculations will be estimated on a per-project basis.
